I am being induced on Friday, is it safe to start pumping??

Why? You don’t store colostrum and your milk won’t drop till after your give birth. It’s a waste of time really

Why would you pump? Your body will naturally release it right after you deliver. Like minutes after your baby comes out. I never understood this concept of pumping while you’re pregnant.

It's definitely worth a shot to be able to go into labor naturally.

my doctor gave me the go ahead to pump to attempt going into labor on my own. i didn’t wanna be induced again so it was a last ditch effort. but it worked! i went into labor at 39+4
