Would you let your 5 and a half week old go for sleepover with grandparents?

No. I’m breastfeeding and my boobs would explode. Other than that there’s a pandemic so I’m not letting her go with anybody!

Going against the flow of other comments here, 100% yes. I trust my parents beyond measure and I actually took her for a sleepover at 2w. I felt extremely guilty for needing to catch up on sleep, but it was a good decision for our personal situation. Do whatever you feel comfortable with!

If they have been isolating and you feel like you really need a break then I dont seem any harm in it.
I personally wouldn't, but I wouldn't judge anyone else for doing it, if it's safe to do so

I would if I had a medical event going on. There is nothing in my personal life that would take me away from my baby at this point in time.

No. I'm breastfeeding so that wouldn't work. Even if I wasn't, I wouldn't do a sleepover that early. My son did his first overnight at 13m. I might let my daughter do it earlier, since they've taken care of my son with no problems, but probably still not until around 9m.

No I wouldn’t. I don’t trust my in-laws like that. I trust my mom, but I feel like it would be a lot of work for her since he still wakes up multiple times a night. I also breastfeed, so he kind of needs me to do that.

I personally wouldn’t. I don’t know when I’ll feel comfortable having her away from me at all, let alone at night.
