Worried

Was in a car accident 3 weeks ago. Got checked out and baby was fine but I’m still so nervous that baby is not fine. I wasn’t hurt at all during the accident. Car was hit on passenger front side, I was driving. Anyone get into a moderate car accident (car totaled, airbags deployed) and baby be ok after birth?

I had no bruising, soreness, cramping or bleeding. I was 20 weeks exactly.
