Invalid prenatal genetic test TWICE

I have had the panorama Natera test done twice now and both times the tests were cancelled due to being invalid. Has anyone else had this happen? Did you get results ever? I’m so frustrated and am being sent to a geneticist to discuss what two invalid results might mean. Which makes me so scared. Please tell me someone else has had to deal with this and that it was ok!
