I really couldn’t in the first trimester cuz I always felt sick and tired. I started walking a few days a week in the second trimester, but just kinda gave up after a couple weeks, and now I’m in the 3rd trimester so out of shape 🥵. I regret not sticking with it

I do a brisk walk for 30-45 minutes everyday and light weight arm exercises 5 days a week.
