Ladies, what helped you?

I have been trying to have a baby for over 2 years. I have PCOS and was never on fertility medication. Has anyone gotten pregnant naturally? What helped you?

I’ve been taking a prenatal and myo &after chiro inositol I got off amazon! I’ve researched that myo inositol is designed specifically for women with Pcos to balance their hormones. It’s definitely been helping me I ovulated for my first time in 3 years of trying after taking it! I also follow this guy on Facebook called Drew Baird he specializes in women with Pcos and it’s been a great help! He has his own line of supplements for women with Pcos. I’m also in this group on Facebook called Pcos+ and Healthy Pcos VIP members club! You should definitely check it out girl! 💕

I tried for 5 years. Got pregnant a few times but they ended up being chemical pregnancies.
The last year or so my cycle would get shorter and shorter every month, so I took a supplement for one month to try and get it back to my normal and ended up getting pregnant. Currently 7w 2d right now.

I want to be honest with you, I am pretty sure I would have eventually gotten pregnant “naturally” but I decided I didn’t want to wait the  4+ years, so I took Femara and got pregnant immediately. Is there a reason you don’t want medication? 
Also in the year and a half leading up to the Femara i tried so many things. I tried taking herbal remedies, I tried the Preseed lube, I tried the teas and the sweets, i did months of Acupunture, I did yoga. None of it did anything for me. Or at least, not fast enough. You have options but working with a medical fertility expert will be the fastest and most accurate way of getting pregnant, in my experience.
