Father's day turned into our superheros day.

So within the last month and a half my husband has lost his grandfather which was his main father figure in his life and his bio father which has a long story but reconnected in the past 11yrs just 3wks ago. Hes good at expressing himself but not so great when it come to sadness or grief. I'm super big on fathers being it not celebrated the way I feel like it should for GREAT fathers which my husband 10,000% is. But he asked not to celebrate it this yr. It hit my 💔 hard because he is fantastic to our son. But to respect his wishes we have decided to have a small quiet father's day 06.21 but will have our own super heroes day for my husband. The day is going to be a surprise that my son and I are planning. We decided to make lemonade out of the lemons we have been handed the last month and half.
