I got an optional 3D ultrasound done at 30 weeks. My placenta is anterior and his face was squished up against it so it was hard to see his face. But I think he may have cleft lip. It really does look like it... they tech said nothing but she also can’t say anything. I’d like to show my doctors the pictures and ask but due to covid I can’t bring my phone in the room. Does anyone else notice it?? I’m so freaked out now. Sorry for all the pics but I wanted to include all the angles I got!
