Pregnancy after miscarriage

2019 I had my first pregnancy and miscarried by my 12th week, the baby stopped growing after 7 weeks which is when I had my first OB appt to confirm pregnancy.

Found out I was pregnant this year around early June. My OB appointment is on the 30th and I am so nervous and scared that I might miscarry again by the time I get to my appointment.

Is it normal to have discharge with slight brown/pinkish color? It’s happened on two different days, once or twice. And have some cramping today.
