Do I say Happy Fathers day to him?!?!?!?

The father of my child hasn't ever met him and always pays attention with his girlfriends daughters who aren't his and they already have a father and he just straight up ignores calls and messages so enough was enough and I messaged him. He's read it but hasn't replied he completely ignored it and went to stay with his girlfriend again.

Is he a dead beat dad? He never calls, never apologised and never asks how my son is doing then he used me to do sexual favours for him online over the phone.
