What is this on the bottom of my foot?

Hello! Currently im kinda freaking out lol. Being a teenager without anyone at the house ( parents are away checking on my grandma in another state ) and having a weird mark come up on you is very scary.

So i woke up and noticed the bottom of my foot was itching really bad so I began to scratch it. Well as I scratched it it began to burn and I noticed a hard knot right where it was itching.

Its a hard knot thats raised up kinda and very itchy but it stopped itching after I rubbed an alcohol pad on it. Im kind of scared that its a bat bite ( I have a huge fear of bats and rabies ) but idk.

Can anyone help me figure out what this is?
