24 hr car trip from NY from Wyoming at 30-weeks. Would you do it / consider it safe ?

Just take as many breaks and stops as you need! 
I moved cross country while pregnant with both my girls @ 30 weeks! Once from Idaho to SC, and then from SC to Washington. 
As long as you don’t have any complications or you dr tells you specifically no, you’re okay! If you need to stop and stretch or pee, do it!

I’m going on vacation at 28 weeks from NY to myrtle beach. It’s like 12 hours lol and I am NOT ready for the drive but we do plan to stop a lot, being pillows, give yourself space!

I personally wouldn’t want to. I wouldn’t want to go in random public bathrooms right now with covid but other than that I don’t see the problem

Just make it comfy and stop as needed. I may be making a similar trip myself.

Get a cushion for the seat. That was really the only thing that made my trip crappy! Just know it’ll be longer then the estimated time because you’ll be stopping a lot to pee, well that’s as the case for me lol.
