Little blister like bumps under my finger tips

It’s on every single finger all 10 of them. My finger tips are red it feels like I burned them or cut them. I looked a little closer and there little tiny bumps under them? My husband says it happened to him before but I don’t think he’s the healthiest man. This hasn’t happened to me so I’m afraid it means something.
