Headache remedies?

I’ve had a headache for 2 weeks straight. Every single day around 2-3pm it starts, and doesn’t go away until I fall asleep at night. I’ve been taking Tylenol but it literally does nothing. Until I can see a doctor or dentist (I think it could be TMJ related) what are some headache remedies? Is there anything that would work better than tylenol that I can get otc?

Drink plenty of water and try eating a banana. That's what I usually do. 😊👍

Tmi would usually hurt as soon as you wake up. I could be that your dehydrated by that point in the day, I would start by upping your water intake. It might also be a tension headache depending on what you're doing during the day. Excedrin makes a tension headache medicine that is really good, may also be a good idea to see a chiropractor
