UTI like symptoms but negative tests.

I’m almost 22 weeks and having UTI symptoms, but tested negative with an at home test and tested negative at my OB’s office.

Frequent urination and not feeling like I’m fully emptying my bladder, really dry and uncomfortable feeling despite having lots of discharge, and burning feeling when I try and have sex.

Are these just normal pregnancy symptoms? Or maybe a UTI and I’m just not testing positive yet?
