This is kinda a rant but my baby has a diaper rash and is exclusively breast fed. Every time I change her diaper, I make sure her butt is dry before putting in cream and a new diaper. So I pat her butt dry with a towel to speed up the process. She sometimes cried when I change her and sometime when she coughs she will poop.

Lol it's so annoying. She will also either pee or poop without a diaper causing me to extra wipe her. Which just irritates her more. I feel so bad yet a tad but frustrated.

How do you know when your baby is done peeing or pooping before you take their diaper off?

I'm a ftm. Just so I dont run into this issue anymore. They say to change them when you notice their diaper needs changing (usually just take her right after she wakes up from her nap)
