Ectopic Symptoms

I’m 12 dpo and found out 2 days ago that we are expecting. I’m having a hard time not assuming the worst. Mostly I feel okay, nausea/sore boobs/fatigue, but I do get some sporadic pressure between my left hip and belly button. Not pain, just a dull pressure, and on/off lower back pain. I had my first beta hcg draw today but I honestly don’t remember symptoms of my previous ectopics. I bled with both and that was much more obvious/concerning.

Literally anything will help. Did you test early for your ectopic? Did you have immediate symptoms? Did they come on later? Thank you!
