I am just over 17 weeks pregnant and thinking of having these noodles for dinner, are they safe to eat, I’ve been putting them off for ages and really want some 😔

I don’t eat the spicy kind because it gives me heartburn but I’ve been eating a lot of ramen because it’s easy on the stomach and at least it’s something! My nausea was so bad for a few months so just eat what you can :) try looking at the ingredients for ramen with iron and some nutrients like that.
