Diclegis

Hope I spelled it right but got a question. If I’ve tried unisom & B6 with 2 past pregnancies & it did nothing for my nausea, does that mean Diclegis won’t either? I always hear it’s the same thing but is it really the same exactly or is there another ingredient the prescription has? I don’t want to spend so much money on something that won’t work plus the withdrawals after I stop taking it will make me sick as heck. Even though B6 & unisom did nothing for me, it sure gave me withdrawal sickness once I stopped.
