Is this why I’m gaining weight?
So probably for the past month I’ve been steadily gaining weight by about 2 pounds per week. I’m a very active person, I don’t over eat, I eat very healthy, I’m very active, I’m in a running group that runs almost every day. I’ve been trying to loose about ten pounds so it’s frustrating that as I’m on a weight loss routine, I’m gaining weight.
I recently took a job that requires me to basically sit around all for 7 hours two days in a row. The other days that I work I’m fairly active like normal.
Could just two days a week of being lazy be enough to make me gain weight?? It’s really frustrating that it would be that easy, I don’t eat a lot and I’m very healthy as it is.
