Baby moving or contractions?

I'm feeling this really tight feeling that lasts like 10-20 seconds and goes away, I feel like it could possibly be baby moving but it also almost feels like what could be a contraction maybe?

Put your hand on your stomach and see if you feel it contracting.

If it’s just in one spot it’s the baby, but if it’s all over then it could be contractions

Tightness can be contractions!  They don’t always hurt.  Sometimes mine have felt like a squeezing sensation.
