Exercise question❗️

I’ve hit a pause on my weight loss. Started at 150 3 months ago and am now at 131. My goal is 120. All I’ve done is cut back calories to 1200 a day but recently I’ve stopped losing weight and I’ve actually gained a pound. I starting working out but i am so out of shape so it is minimal for now. I’ve been doing 30 minutes a day on an exercise bike. If i did 5/7 days that would put me at 2.5 hours of cardio per week. If i did 7/7 that would put me at 3.5 hours per week. My question is, when doing cardio as a form of exercise is there a certain amount of time i must be doing per day/week to actually make a difference? Id really like to burn some stomach fat so that is my main goal but i feel like im not doing enough. While reading online i keep seeing that to see a difference i would have to do 30m-1h a day every day of the week. Im doing the bare minimum. I keep a fast pace while biking usually hitting 10 miles by the end of it and the bike says im burning roughly 150 calories each time. I already feel like im dying doing 30 minutes so if i have to do anymore i think i might die😂 I’ve also only gained weight since starting to bike so im getting very discouraged😢
