Natural ant spray?

I am so annoyed! My house is totally infested with ants!

I have tried cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and raid. So far no luck. I am looking for a non-toxic approach to getting rid of them because I am pregnant and have a 1.5 year old. Anyone have any advice on how to get rid of them? It started at my patio door and now I am finding them everywhere throughout the house :(

I called an exterminator and he warned that we would have to leave the house for the day since it is very toxic. I know they say it’s safe after so many hours, but I’d rather avoid chemicals if I can. 😣
