Pregnant and struggling to eat healthy.

Ok, so I’ve been a vegetarian and for longer periods on and off vegan for 9 years all together. Some periods I eat healthy, and some I really don’t. The last year it’s been 70% unhealthy and 30% healthy, but now I’m pregnant it’s more 90% unhealthy and I suddenly eat a lot of diary because I’m so god damn hungry all the time.

I struggle suddenly with a lot of veggies, but mostly it comes down to that I almost hate preparing food now.

I sometimes try to remember healthy easy options but I can’t remember!

Does anyone have any suggestions on easy, healthy, filling vegan meals? 😇
