I had my 38 week checkup yesterday and she said I’m 1cm dilated and my cervix is high. What does the high cervix mean?

Nothing. Your cervix moves during pregnancy just like it would if you weren’t pregnant. Being one centimeter just means your contracting. It’s should move down when baby is ready to come out.
