Am I going crazy

I'm 4/5 days dpo and I'm either having very early pregnancy symptoms or I'm just sick (hopefully not covid). I was tossing and turning all night booking hot and now have a headache, bit of a sore throat and just feeling meh. I was pregnant last month (ended in MC) but I seem to recall feeling similar. Did any of you feel like you were sick and turned out to be a BFP?
