Does the yolk sac look to big ?

I had a loss in February after always measuring behind in scans and then spotting started I knew what was happening (second loss)

I am now pregnant again, had scan on Friday should have been 6+2 based of lmp and measured 5+3.

So a little nervous already.

We got a heart rate of 113bpm so that’s a great positive, the Morning sickness has started full force the last few days.

But my last pregnancy it had a larger yolk sac so now I’m scared. As if they’re abnormally today big it can signal abnormalities x
