I’m getting my first endoscopy. Tips appreciated.
I’m very scared of everything going wrong.
1. I’ve never gotten anesthesia
2. Therefore I’ve also never been “put” to sleep
I’m very afraid that the anesthesia will give me an allergic reaction while under and the doctor not noticing.
I’m also afraid I won’t wake up from the anesthesia...
:(
Can anyone give me some helpful advice?
