Too Much Weight Gain - Embarrassed
I’m 17 weeks pregnant and my body has changed SO much 😭 I was very athletic and had an incredible body. I was put on bed rest then light activity and NO exercising for the last 3 months. So no gym, I’ve been eating more than usual and I’ve been living life horizontally and barely moving due to a medical condition from this pregnancy. I expect weight gain in my belly but it’s showing up in my thighs, my hips, my butt and especially my outer thighs 😢 I don’t know how some women only gain in their belly. I wish I was like that. And I’m only in my fifth month! I wonder if I need to start counting my calories? I also getting cellulite on my thighs :( I’m so bummed guys. Of course I’m happy my baby is healthy and of course that’s number one. I’m just bummed that I’m getting fat. I’m going to have so much weight to lose when the baby is here.
