I believe this is my mucus plug, lost it at midnight last night. I’m wondering if this means anything towards labour, if it’ll come soon or what? I’m already 2cm dilated. I’m 38+2 and it’s my second baby. 
Any experiences?

I know you can lose it and it regenerates back but when it’s that close to delivery I think it comes out when your cervix softens up even more which should be a good sign!? Not 100% sure

It looks like mucous plug but when it’s mixed with blood (bloody show) usually means labor isn’t too far off!

It does look like a little bit of ur mucus plug. I don’t really think it means anything I lost a bit of mine starting at 30 weeks
