What do Braxton Hicks feel like??

I've never had period cramps...don't hate!! So is there anything else it feels like that I should anticipate?? Thank you

For me it wasn’t pain so much as my baby bump felt hard and tight if that makes sense. The hard/tight felt uncomfortable. Like my muscles (bump) were tense without me telling them to be tense.

Braxton Hicks are just like, a tightening and release. They don’t usually hurt unless you’re dehydrated or something. I’ve never had them but that’s what my doctor told me when I asked about them.

To me, my upper belly area, where my uterus is, contracts and gets really hard. This always makes me feel like I have to pee really bad haha
