How do you guys get fully naked especially if you’re not confident during sex or about your body? I have a hard time taking my shirt off or showering with my boyfriend.🤦🏻‍♀️ im average so not skinny and my boobs sag because motherhood lol ADVICE PLEASE

My boobs sag and I’ve never even had children. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 
I’ve been with my husband since I was 14. I was 16 or 17 the first time he saw me totally naked. He’s watched my body change as we got older and he still likes to slap my ass and tell me how sexy I am despite me being more than 60lbs heavier. So I have no reason to feel insecure being naked around him.

Even with my saggy boobs and less than perfect body, I don’t hesitate to get naked with my SO because he makes me feel sexy. He’s only ever complemented my body and it super boosted my confidence.

Lots of body positivity. It takes time, effort, and patience. In high school I would stop eating for sometimes a week at a time so I could look thinner. Now I just embrace my curves even with a tummy, big thighs, and stretch marks. I'm not always nice to myself but I'm still learning to correct that. I caught myself thinking yesterday "oof, I look so bloated. I've gained weight from quarantine" and then corrected myself with a "but I'm still cute as hell" Its just a process of learning to cover up any self deprecation with some love instead. I might be bigger than I was in high school, but I'm happier with myself

If you're comfortable with him and see him as someone in your future, push past those insecurities and get comfortable!
