Hello ladies I need advice. I live in Texas and I split up with my sons father. It’s been a toxic relationship. I don’t trust him what so ever. already tried keeping my son away from me twice due to arguments. We aren’t married. One time we got back together he had me delete all evidences of abuse I had of him and he’d delete everything he had of me, but turns out he lied and still kept them proof. I said I want to go to court to just set up visitation arrangements not even asking for money at all. The last thing I want is for him to keep my son away from me again when I’m trying to pick him up. He claims I harass him by saying what he does is unfair and me being petty. For pointing it out.

I was living with him but I gathered all of my things and am staying with my grandmother. But my ex also wants to use against me that my mother lives here who is schizophrenic and my uncle who is accused as a sexual predator because in Illinois he was with a 16 year old (white) girl and he was 17 (Hispanic) and her parents pressed charges due to racism.

I plan on moving out as soon as I get a couple of checks from my new job. I won’t start till July 1st. Are my chances of wining at all low? 😓
