Any pregnancy success stories with ovulation on CD17 or 18?

Need to hear some positive news ladies, third month TTC after my missed miscarriage at 9 weeks 🤞🏻heartbreak is an understatement right now.

Yea my cycle was messed up from something and changed everything thing around I ended up getting pregnant on cd 17 from one day of bd and I’m currently 13wks

Asking because i am genuinely curious. Why do you think ovulation on CD17-18 has a correlation with a healthy pregnancy or not? 
As far as i know it doesn't matter when you ovulate.
