High A1C
Has anyone delt with a high A1C at the beginning of their pregnancy? My sister and I both have type 1. She just found out she’s pregnant and her blood sugars have not been the best. Yesterday at her appointment they drew blood and her A1C was at 11. She’s now currently in the hospital so they can monitor her. Has anyone delt with this? I’m pretty nervous for her and baby.
