T1D and pregnancy

I’m almost 16 weeks pregnant and my blood sugars have been in range for the most part until recently. I’ve had quite a few blood sugars in the 200-250 range, I correct immediately but sometimes it takes a while for it to go down. I’m so worried I’m causing harm to my baby... I switched to a pump a little over a week ago and that’s when I noticed the higher blood sugars but I know in the long run it’ll give me better control throughout my pregnancy. I guess I’m just looking for advice or reassurance that high blood sugars do happen during pregnancy and it doesn’t have to mean I’m hurting my baby :(
