What would you do??

My husband and I got a fertility awareness check up. With my results they confirmed pcos which I already knew.. with my husband it was his sperm morphology... they told him to take COq10 that could improve them.. my fertility clinic wouldn’t give any information on what the next step without becoming patients.. and my obgyn hasn’t gotten back to me with her thoughts.. I guess what I’m asking do I wait and see what my obgyn has to say or do I just become a patient at the fertility clinic? Do I waste my time on fertility meds if it’s an option or do I just jump right into iui?
