12 weeks baby girl changing her sleeping routing
I dont know whats going on... she was fine until a few days ago... bath time a 8:30 and sleeping at 9 or 9:30 until 2 or 3am and then around 5 or 6am .... now if she fall sleep at 9 she will wake up at 11 and then at 1am 3am 5am 6 7 and up at 8:30am 😑 ... I’m exhausted and she’s really needy during the day 🙈... can anyone share schedules of your babies? (I only breast feed her at night and her last milk before bed time is formula)
