??? answers pls

i went to the doctors today cuz i had pain in my vagina (felt like a bruise when i pushed down on the outside part of my pubic area) and the doctor did an exam tested me for chlamydia and ghonnerea (im getting results tm but ik theyre negative) then they said the next step is to get an ultra sound, and this other thing with a camera that would go inside me. anyone know anything about this or have a similar issue? they also said when they felt inside me that i was tender and had a lot of discharge. could it be a pregnancy?
