Burning tearing pain
Please someone have some kind of answer for this because it’s driving me crazy and my nurse just says normal pregnancy pains. I’m 26 weeks pregnant and yesterday when I woke up I went to turn over to get up out of bed and had the worst pain below the left side of my belly button going down. It was this sensation like something was tearing and burning when I moved and has even made my skin tender to the touch for a little bit after the pain. It only last for a minute or two after the movement but it’s so intense and so painful I want to cry. This happens if I try to sit up on my own, roll over, cough too hard, sneeze, or laugh. Also if I just move wrong with the left side of my lower body. If I had to rate the pain in the moment it would be a 10/10 on the scale. I don’t know if this is RLP, a hernia (I don’t feel any bulging), my muscle ripping (I don’t feel any gaps in my abs), or something else entirely, but it’s unbearable to the point I almost peed myself because I couldn’t get out of bed without the pain this morning. I don’t have another doctors appointment til July 9th and I’m afraid to wait that long to talk to the doc about it if it’s something serious. My baby is moving around plenty so I’m pretty confident she’s okay, but I’m still worried that if this continues it could either really hurt me or her.
UPDATE: definitely round ligament pain, thank you all so much for your comments! I’m learning how to move slower and manage it!
