HCG lvls at 3-4weeks

So I’m wondering what people’s hcg lvls were when they were 3-4 weeks. I’m only 5w 5d and got to see a yolk sac but got copies of my tests from two weeks prior when I was about 3.5-4w. And man we’re they high for only being that far. Not only did they triple they went from 522 to 1709 in 48hrs I was looking at the chart they had and the highest for 4 weeks is supposed to be about 700. So I asked like with them being so high is there more of a likelihood there’s more than one and she said it’s possible. For those who only have one baby were your lvls ever this high early on and for those with multiples was your lvls?
