The mental, emotional and physical toll...
There has been a lot going on in the world and there’s no doubt about that.
I’ve always had a hard time adjusting to change so as you can imagine this was quite the task for me.
From being quarantined, online schooling and being away with friends for a long period of time it’s really effected every aspect of my life; my mental, emotional and physical being are constantly being spiked up and down and not at all balanced. I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression witch just adds that little cherry on top of everything. I am on medication and constantly talking to my doctor and therapist about changes in my body, performance and mental state.
But I can’t lie; it’s definitely a process I have to get used to.
Can anyone relate?
What are ways you have handled related issues like mine?
How has quarantine effected your anxiety, depression and physical wellbeing?
