MUST HAVE: Probiotics for constipation!
Hey ladies! I’m 11.5 weeks along in my pregnancy, and I’ve been suffering from constipation like I’m sure so many of you out there. Tired of feeling backed up, I was looking for a solution! I had read about the benefits of probiotics for constipation, including more benefits both me and Baby 💗. I ordered these below from Amazon, and I just took them to my OB to get her approval to take them. She said they look great, so I took my first one two days ago. I’ve gotta say, I’m feeling so good! Let’s just say the probiotics have completely cleared up my problem, and the one I took yesterday is even still working great for today! I also feel like I have a tiny bit more energy. Wanted to share, in case it could help any of you! Hope you’re all having wonderful pregnancies 💗💙
Ps: the “Oceans mom” DHA tablet also just got my OB’s approval- and didn’t come with any yucky side effects like fishy burps or aftertaste. :) Keep in mind that what’s good for 1 pregnancy might not be good for another, but I’m sure we’ve all heard that probiotics and DHA can be great supplements for pregnancy in general !
