Back problem.....sorta

Ok so i work sitting down all day pretty much on a computer AND I already slouch 😕. So I recently noticed that I have a bit of a hunch....like a hunchback on the top of my neck. 😨 I was wondering if there’s a war to reverse it or will it stay like this or get worse. I’ve been trying to sit straight but it’s so hard because I just forget. I invested in a back support should come in soon but is there anything else I can do or do I have to go to the doctor for this. Anyone else have any idea or in a similar situation?????
