Stupid question about injections.....

So I’m supposed to be injecting myself with Enoxaparin, they’re SQ injections. I’ve been sticking with my abdomen area because thats what I was instructed... but I’ve become so bruised and so sore, I don’t know where else I could give the injections. Help????
