So I had my first in Oct of 2019. My sister is current 16wks pregnant. I was just texting with my mom and she said she needed no pregnancies during 2021 cuz she needed a break and a vacation with her girls (me and my sister). I told her I couldn’t promise that because my husband and I plan on TTC once my son turns one in October. She just stopped answering me. She’s honestly upset I plan on TTC/have a baby in 2021. Now I love my mom and yes I had a complicated pregnancy especially the last month where I kept going into preterm labor but she wasn’t having to tote me places except twice. Once when they admitted me for preterm labor and she did come get me in the middle of the night when my water broke because I didn’t have a ride and didn’t want to take an ambulance (hubby was a work). But that was it.

I don’t feel like I need her permission or approval to add to my family or do it on her schedule. My husband is a lot older then I am and we decided we didn’t want to wait years before we added another to our due to this fact.

Am I wrong?
