4 weeks ultrasound

So I thought i was right on my ovulation, I guess I wasn’t. But did any mamas have a ultrasound this early? If so did it look like this? I had a miscarriage a few months ago so I just wanna be sure. :/ I do have a cyst which is viable on the ultrasound.
