Breastfeeding moms, have you gotten your period?

Hey all! Just curious about this. I haven’t gotten my period yet and I’m on the mini pill. I’m used to using my period as a sign to know I’m not pregnant and it’s throwing me off! As much as I’d like a second baby, I would definitely want to wait a bit longer! 😂

With my first my period didn’t come back until 14months. I’m expecting close to the same again.

I’ve had occasional light bleeding a few times. Not enough to make me believe it’s a full period, but enough to be annoying. I’m not sure what’s going on - I’m exclusively breastfeeding + LO is 3 months old.

I had the postpartum discharge and bleeding for like 5+ weeks. Then I went on the pill (a continuous dose no breaks) at 6 weeks and just got my first period at 15 weeks- of course I got my period out of the blue onto my brand new splurge, lacy white cotton panties. Sigh.

Yes, but I think it is caused by my depo shot rather than something that came on it's own. It is irregular, though.

No periods yet 🤞🏻 except this time I got the mirena so I’m hoping that lasts for the next 5 years bf or not. My twin sister had that “side effect”

Yes, I had one at 9 weeks pp, but it’s been about 6 weeks since then and no more periods yet. So my body definitely hasn’t regulated yet.

My first two it took 8 months. This is our last so I’m hopeful it’s longer !
