GBS / Streptococcus Agalactiae

I was told I had GBS, and a uti with it. First what is it? & What causes it? 2nd With me already having a uti they will more than likely put me on antibiotics, so will that make it go away or will they still give me antibiotics during labor? (Results just came through on my phone, and doctors office don’t open until morning) Just want some insight on what it is & other mamas that have had it. Also will I always have it?? Currently 32w & 5d.
