How do I lose stubborn belly fat?

Please someone tell me how I can lose my stubborn belly fat. It is really annoying and I just want it gone.

I just started intermittent fasting! I have been stuck at the same weight with stubborn belly/baby fat for a year and a half. Within four days of intermittent fasting I’m finally in the 160’s!! I do 16/8 so fast 16 hours eat 8 hours. There are lots of helpful Facebook pages that taught me a lot!! Good luck!

You can’t choose where you lose fat from unfortunately :( if you lose weight it will reduce your stomach but for a lot of people it’s the last place to go

If you body far % goes down you will have less and less fat layers between your skin and mucles. Abs will make it stronger but not will lose the fat tissue. It has to be done by dieting so your body can consume that fat cells. Keto, feasting, low carbs, exercising consistently will make the work.

I'm currently on my 2nd week of this, and I've notice a huge different, i was stuck for months, harsh but its worth it
 2 tablespoon Apple cider 
Half Lemon
1tsp Tumeric 
1Tsp cinnamon 
1tsp ginger powder 
And honey at your own taste
Top off with water and chug
Ginger soda helps me after 
Ur body tense to get hot after maybe grab a mini fan lol btw all ingredients are organic as well 
Every now and then cayenne I sprinkle on drink but that does burn ur stomach a bit more, also morning on empty stomach and before dinner so 2times a day
